Oak Creek Onsite Court Reservation Rules:    

• May book 3 days in advance. 
• Third Day Booking opens at 8:00AM (Ex: Reservation for Saturday opens up on Wednesday at 8:00AM). Any court reservation request left on the front desk voicemail after close of business and before 8:00AM the following day will be honored only if courts are still available once staff has had the opportunity to listen to all voicemails.
• One court per reservation per person. If you want to book concurrent courts, please contact the tennis center front desk. Payment will be required to secure bookings for each court (The Non-Resident rate may be applied to secure any additional courts after the first court).         
• Maximum 4 hours per DAY per person.    
• Payment must be made to secure a reservation (any additional players will need to stop by the front desk to pay their court fee(s) when they arrive at the tennis center). 
• For same day reservations for Oak Creek onsite courts - contact the tennis center front desk at 972-466-6389.    
• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before your reservation time to qualify for a refund (credit to your Oak Creek account).
• Courts 1 & 2 prioritize ball machine reservations over court reservations. Reservations made by customers on these 2 courts will be moved if other courts are available, so that courts 1 & 2 may be available for ball machine reservations.
• Any reservations made by customers may be moved to a different court to accommodate classes, drills & private lessons.
• Any refund due will be given as a credit to your Oak Creek account. Refunds back to credit cards are subject to a $5 processing fee.
  
• All players must check in at the tennis center front desk before going out to the courts.
• Reservations my be forfeited if you are more than 15 minutes late.
• A cancellation fee will occur if you reserve a court but don't use it, even if you're present at the facility.

* Must show proof of Carrollton Residency to receive the resident rate. 

* Ball machine rental includes court fee. 

* Reservations are accepted up to three days in advance.

* Ball machine punch packages are active for 30 consecutive days. Punch package holders are limited to a one-hour reservation each day. Additional payment is required for any reservations longer than one-hour.  

*Players must be at least 12 years old to operate the ball machine without adult supervision. For players 12 years old or younger, an adult must be present on the court at all times. 

*The user is responsible for ensuring the court is clear and ready to be turned over to the next user by the switch-over time. If the court is left untidy and requires staff to clean up, there will be a clean up fee charged.

*Personal ball machines are not allowed for use at Oak Creek Tennis Center.

                                                  Demo Racket Rental

*$5.00 Fee for demo racket rental for on-site. All fee's will be applied to purchase of the racket.

*A credit card on file is required for racquet rental

*If the racquet is not returned on time, you will be charged for the fair market value of the racquet
