*Payments are due by the first day of each session
*Classes missed by inclement weather will have a makeup punch valid for 60 days from date of the event
*All class make-ups must be scheduled with the front desk to ensure a spot is available
*Credits will not be issued for cancellations made the same day or after the first class date of a session.
*Medical refunds will be granted at a prorated amount for the portion of the classes missed, if a doctor's note is provided. The amount is prorated based on the date that Oak Creek is notified, regardless of when the injury occurred.
*Any refunds due will be issued as a credit to your Oak Creek account.
*Any account refund requests will incur a $5 administrative fee.
*If minimum enrollment is not met, classes may be combined or cancelled 24-48 hours prior to the start date.
